This is a 12 Unit building in Anderson. There are six one bedrooms and six 2 bedrooms. There is a small parking area on the south side of the building for the tenants to use. There is also a covered Parking area behind the building for $15.00 a month per space. There are storage units in the basement for the tenants on levels 2 and 3.
